What to Do ??

Hi Gurus,
pls advise on the below, One of friends wife (on K1 Visa) and her AOS( I-485) pending has gone to India and she is planning to come back to USA.
Do You see any issues while she come in to USA?
Is there any law/rule that You should not travel outside teh country while AOS is pending??

Correction - Its not K1 Visa - Its K3-Spouse Visa

There shouldn't be any problem unless her visa is expired. K3 is a multiple visa issued for 2 years and the bearer can use that with in that time frame as many times as s/he wishes. Hope this answers your question.
