Hi
I will be completing my residency next year. I would like to go for fellowship later on.
I am confused as to what to choose or try for Waiver 3 years or NIW 5 years before fellowship.
If I choose waiver 3 years, at what stage of GC will I be at after 3 years of GC ?!! The reason I want choose this is I shall get into fellowship in my program after 3 years but difficult after 5 years. I can use remaining 3 years for fellowship...but how do I work out my GC if I use this way?
