What to do to work on EAD

Hi All,
  How should I communicate to the employer/attorney if I want to use EAD insted of H-1?
  Also if I use EAD will the remainder of my H-1 be left unused (if there are any problems with GC approval)?
  My Details:
   PD: 09/99
   RD: 10/00
   ND: 11/00
   TD: 05/01

Hi

All you have to do is ask your employer to send an I9 form.Fill up your EAD info instead of H1 info.
Not sure about your H1B remaining days.I guess you can count towards unused days.
