What to do Next, after I-485 Approval?

Hi guys,

My I-485 was approved this Monday, I am waiting for my Approval Notice.
I want to know what should I do the next?
Do I need to schedule an appointment to the nearest UCIS office?

I appreciate any inputs, or your experience you would like to share.

congratulations on your approval. I got the approval on the same date too. You should get an appointment from your nearast INS office using infopass.
