Hi all,
I understand from this forums replies that my parnets can stay even after I-94 expires if the application is in processing and we have the acknowledge receipt with us.
Now if unfortunately we receive the denial notice after the I-94 expires then what should be done. Do they need to go immediately or there is some time limit. My concern is that even if we try to send them back immediately it may take 4-5 days for the ticket and other things.
Please reply urgently.
