What to arrange for Yellow letter notice

Hi
I received Yellow letter asking me to bring certified copy or original for arrest record (I have received few citations only). I received three citation (all under $500 and one with points) within Florida and one in NJ (as I recall now; that I missed to mention it; that also had points + fine less tha $500). I attached my FL citation record (non-certified; that I got from motor vehicle site). My interview is still not scheduled.

Now questions are:
1. Should I mention that there was one citation in NJ as well? For this, should I call now or mention in interview?
2. How can I get certified record from NJ as well as from FL (I don't have or remember my NJ drivers license and it was 10 years+ ago).
3. Is there any thing else I need to arrange/bring for interview (related to arrest) as this yellow letter is asking for it?

thanks for your answer.

A1: Mention it at the interview.
A2: Do you have proof of payment of that citation? If so, bring it along.
A3: No. All those who mention citations get this standard yellow letter.

Unfortunately I don't have payment record that I paid for NJ traffic violation; any other way I can get some certified record?

Do I really need certified record or just online driving record/history will be ok.

You can call the County Office, they can search by your last name and first name. Once they found, you can send a written request and payment may be couple of dollars. They will send you the record.
