We were happy when they started approving dec ahead of so many nov cases, jan ahead of so many dec case, i guess now it is feb. So calm down, my friend. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guess how this works, but apparently at random the IIO will approve cases right away treating them as straightforward and then sit on the rest. We can just hope we fit in to the first category.

I noticed an entry in the Immitracker.com sometime back. VSC has started February cases. But it is quite erratic. They are also processing some of the October 99 cases. I guess we can safely say VSC is processing cases from August 99 thru February 2001. Good Luck.
