After all this visa unavalibility issue, I have the following question about my situation:
1. 140 was approved last month
2. H1B 6th year expiring on Oct 1st, 2005 (what a co-incidence)
3. If I apply for 7th year extension, can I transfer the new H1B to the new company?
4. I want to change job and get out of this fucking slavry and want to use AC21. if I inform USCIS on job change, would I still get an RFE on 485?
5. How safe is it to use EAD and not extend H1B?
6. if I don't extend H1B and it expires and later if they deny my 485, what would be my status? Is there any grace period where I can apply for MTR?
