Thats why there is no steady on the approval.

They should be fined for this unsteady process. Fine is 100 approvals per day by a BCIS officer.

There is nothing wrong that BCIS approves Oct, or Nov 01 cases. I hope they'll clear all the backlogs soon. Jan, Feb and even March and April RDs can be considered backlogs now compared with pre-911 speed.
