What the Current STATUS ?

Hi,

I have general question. My GC was approved, my wife is on AOS. We didn't renew her EAD, because she was not working anyway. i know she is in AOS.
My question is does she need to have EAD to maintain status or need anything else to do? i just want to be sure we are not doing any mistake in maitainng status.

If she is not going to work, EAD is not required. Being on AOS is valid status for being in US.

AOS = adjustment of status -- status when I-485 is pending.
