I know many of you are in the same situation and would appreciate any suggestions. I have been on the bench since July 2001. My company hasn\'t cancelled my H-1B yet, they say they are still searching for a position for me. However, I havent been paid all these months.
What steps can I take to get my pay? If i report this to the DOL, will my status be affected? Should I get another company to file a transfer than only file a complain?
