hey guys i need some help from experts here..
see i came to the usa b4 one month using a b1 b2 visa .. as a tourist.. at the airport imigration asked a lot of question includin where is ur mom and dad.. i lied about my mom.. i told them she is in honduras but she isnt she is in here and she is a citizen.. im 18 but in november im turnin 19.. is it possible for me to take the green card? i really would love to live here and study .. i need help fast.. so if you please send me an email to siwadyfranco@hotmail.com
i dont wanna hire a lawyer and he wont do anythin .. i cant afford to waste money.. help me plz
 
The immigration officer at the port of entry can ask many questions or not, and even he probably suspected something he let you in right? There was no reason to lie actually if you was coming to visit your mom and your mom lives here right? I don't know if that lie will cause a problem, in my point of view I don't think so but I am not an expert on it.

Anyway, since she is a US citizen and you are under 21, she can petition for you and you can adjust your status in the US.
