Hi, all,

I filed two I-140 (NIW and EA) on July 16th and I-485/AP/EAD on August 13th. In the 485/AP/EAD pettion package, I only atached one I-140 receipt notice (NIW).
My NIW I-140 was approved in the end of the Oct. while 485 is still pending.

How can I let INS know that I have one approved I-140?

Thanks for the help.

Experts please help! I have simular question. I filed I-140 EA on Aug. 14 and got approved on Oct. 29 at NSC. I concurrently filed I-485 on Sept. 25 and got noticed on Oct. 19 from NSC. The approval notice of I-140 asks me to contact the local INS for I-485 application, and submit a copy of I-140 approval to the local INS office. Since I already filed my 485 at NSC, do I need to send the approval notice to NSC? Please advice!

a standard message

I believe this is a standard message in the I-140 approval notice, not concurent specific.
By the way, I did not find in my notice that they asked me to "submit a copy of I-140 approval to the local INS office".
Thanks.
