What should I bring with me for finger printing?

Are there any required forms? Do I have to sign anything? Please share some tips for clear finger prints. I received INS Form-797C about fingerprint notification. FP date 3/8/2002. RD: 1/8/2002. Thank you all.

Along with the FP Notice take 2 Identifications like Driver\'s Licence or Passport or EAD. When you reach the INS you have to fill a form. In that you have to fill your name, address, A # and SSN.
