A friend of mine lost that document that the IO handed him after he passed his interview and i advised him he should contact USCIS and see if he needs to get another one or it does not matter. Does he need to obtain another one or does he need to notify USCIS only or he does not need to worry thanx
 
I think the Oath letter is sufficient unless the Oath letter specifically asks for that paper. I never seen Oath letter and this is my wild guess.

Assuming there isn't a massive delay, he doesn't really need that document. My IO even mentioned to me I didn't need it, but it was for my references only.
