What Should Be my %, If I Get My Client

I've got a client who is ready to take me. My consultant is also quoting some decent rates to the client. The only obligation being..This consultant has sponsored my H1B, BUT I have got the client

My questions are...
Under this condition what should be the percentage I should ask for? 90% sounds good?

Do I have the right to see the agreement documents the consultant is going to make with my client?

Most importantly, what if the consultant comes up with a clause that restricts me from joining the client after some time? How do i handle this?

Thanks for all help.

There is no such condition where your sponser has to give any % other than the LCA salary. It all depends on your relation ship with the sponser.
