What should be Current Immigration Status. I am on EAD.

Gurus,

Currenly my wife is on EAD. She has got her SSN using the EAD. So I hope she is no more in H4 even though she is not working now.

I am applying for EAD renewal. What should be her current immigration status, that I should enter in I-765(EAD Application). Appreciate your help.

I-140 and H1 Approval Copies with EAD application

Hello Gurus,

I am still on H1 and is going to expire in July. I will be start using EAD after that. I am applying for EAD renewal for me and my wife. I have couple of questions.

Do I need to send the H1 approval notice with both of our application?

Do I need to send the I-140 approval notice with both of our application?

u dont have to send h1 approval notice. u will have to send i-485 receipt copy. i-140 won't hurt. u may also send copies of ur old EADs. photo identification (color copy). 2 recent passport size photos if u r filing paper based EAD. i think the sticky post above has the list of documents required.
