Dear All,

I concurrently filled EB12-OR and EB11_EA (both I-140 and I-485)September last year. However I got laid off December last year and started to work in another company with similar function. I guess my EB12-OR is dead, and I am waiting for the result of EB11-EA. However, the Vermont center is moving so slow. I am trying to do something to improve the chances to get the GC.

What shall I do? Will NIW be easier to be approved than EB11? My current company seems doing fair well. Can I file a LC with the current company? Or there is better way to do?

New E12 after job change?

Dear All,

My previous company concurrently filled E12-OR (both I-140 and I-485) for me September last year. However I got laid off December last year and started to work in another company with similar function.

Now I am trying to file another E12-OR with my current company. Is there anything I can do with the old petition? Or I should fill a totally new petition and just disregard the previous one?
