what salary employer should pay (h1 or gc)

Iam on H1b, I485 filed a week ago, 3 year period of h1B expiring september 2002, my EAD not filed, spouse laid off as HiB before I485 filed, H4 filed for spouse. Could you please tell whether I should file for EAD or get H1b renewed. Also would like to change job after 180 Days. my current salary as h1 is very less as compare to gc. if i file EAD what salary employer has to pay.

EAD is better for you and your wife. You can keep your GC alive even if you change employer.
Salry promised in GC is after GC approval (485 approval)
