Just out of curiosity, has anyone\' petition been rejected outright? or the worse it can get is to be transferred to local office, where the case may drag on some extra months?
your input is appreciated.

my 2 cents

the worst I have heard of is an INTENT of Denial, I think you can appeal.

So, you are preparing for the worst ? :)

RFE for updated G325A

Well, I got an RFE for updated G325A recently, and could not figure out what INS has in store for me. I applied I-485 as a dependent to my wife. her 485 was approved a few weeks ago, but the vermont people wanted to know more about me, I guess.

IT IS A VERY LOGICAL QUESTION TO ASK... THERE ARE DENIALS

OF I-485, SINSE THE OTHER WORD USED IS "APPROVAL" AND NOT MERE "PROCESSED" FOR ALL THE CASES. I THINK THAT KNOWING REASONS FOR DENIALS WOULD BE MUCH MORE HELPFUL THAN READING ALL THOSE SAME OLD "I\'M SOHAPY-I\'M SOSCREWED".

worst scenario

I know of a case BS(non-computer) + 12 years of strong relevant IT experience that was being processed under EB2 category. His case was denied \'coz. INS thought BS in non-computer was not acceptable for EB2. He is allowed to process in EB3 - which he is pursuing right now, though ab initio.
