Me too. Not only for 485 case numbers for the H4 extension case too. This is been going on for more than a week. I am thinking on calling my lawyer now, but think may be it is VSC\'s AVM system srewed up. Any thoughts?

It is just an error in the AVM system. My message has switched between "Case not found" and the regular "Your I485 application...blah blah blah" at least 4 times over the course of the past 6 months. If you check back tomorrow (or maybe after a couple of days), it will have switched back to the stupid old message.
