What\'s the difference between G-325 and G-325A?

I would say it doesn\'t matter which one to use, but as per INS instructions you can fillout G-325A. But my laywer sent me G-325 form and that too only one page. I guess original G-325 or G-325A has 4 copies and used them to sent to different offices. What my laywer said INS is no more sending these docs by mail instead they faxing to all the requieed offices thus sending one copy is suffice. That\'s what I did.

I agree with you. I-485 instruction specifies to use G-325A, but I found in some RFE cases,officer issued RFE for updated G-325 instead of G-325A.

Man.. your lawyer seems to be a lazy one. My lawyer followed instructions verbatim as said in the instruction manual. When I sent her the G325 printed 4 copies in all white sheets.. she rejected that and told me that I have to honour the "color coding" in the originals and she neatly printed out in different color papers and told me that the INS officers are more trained to do their job mechanically and sometimes they may get irritated if they dont see the things in order.
My lawyer is worth the money I think..
