What\'s EAD/AP? Do I need to file them separately?

EAD is Employment Autorization Document aka Work Permit
AP is Advance Payroll aka Travel Document

These two are required if your H1B is about to expire and your Adjustment of Status is pending. If you have a valid H1B, you need not apply for either.
