You can make the case in various ways - either written up in international journals and/or media, or presented at some leading international conferences, referenced internationally in some leading paper, judged some international competition (as in my case where I was asked to judge a huge international industry conference by the Financial Times), etc.

If you\'re smart enough to apply for an EB1, you shoudl be smart enough to fit your experience into the established criteria. And your lawyer should be helping you here.
