What option do we have ND 11/00

Hi Guys,
 What option do we have if our case not getting approved and how long we can wait for approval.
IIO is not saying anything(working on 98 cases), Lawyer is interested in renewing AP/EAD for making money.
I don’t know what to do at this time.

i have same situation.ND 11/00. WE ARE BEHIND WALL THAT CANNOTJUMP OVER.I SPOKE WITH MY LAWYER TODAY.my son going 21 next year.lawyer will send \'"age out "\' letter about my son.it sall what i can do.
