Hi All,

I had received an RFE for my EAD renewal which I responded imediately. Does INS change the status on its online message that they have received the RFE..

Also usually how long it takes to get an EAD approval after RFE is responded too. In my case the RFE was simple: They asked for my home address??

I am in the same boat. Replied to NSC 3 weeks back but still no change in AVM message.

Are u planning to go for IEAD??

I thought you cannot apply for IEAD is an rfe was issued for your original EAD renewal Application.

Is this true??

If not then yes i will go an apply for an i-EAD

I am not sure but no harm in trying.

I posted another thread asking about IEAD and Marland as thats the area I live in.

Today the online messaged changed for me. It now says that they have received my response to RFE and it is taking 60-90 days to process it.

In the mean time I am trying to find out if we can apply for IEAD if an RFE has been issued
