Hello everyone,
I applied for my L1 and L2 for my wife in Toronto. I was put on hold and was given a yellow 221(g) for further administrative processing. Then after 3 weeks I got an email from department of state asking me to take my passports to the US Consulate in Toronto. I dropped off my papers there yesterday, the only concern I have is that when I submitted the forms originally, I did not submit our original marriage certificate or any photo copy of that with my wife's application. I had the certifcate during the interview but the VO never asked for it... I asked the person who took my passports yesterday if she needs anything else from me and she said no (but she was NOT a VO, she was sitting in the first window just to collect the papers). Now my question is, can my wife's application get rejected? Shouldn't the VO have asked for the marriage certificate when we went for the interview? Is there any source/number that I can call to confirm this?
Thanks in advance for your answers...
