this is how it all began. married my wife an American citizen in 2003, filed for change of status 2004 had first interview where we were assured that we had passed.kept on asking for updates thru mail and infopass nothing happened. in 2008 called for another interview ,asked to bring some proof of being together. went with the documents , we were separated and hell broke loose , this guy claimed our marriage was fake , he could have me put in jail etc , wasnt expecting that but both of us maintained our stand . later we went thru the expected questions as a couple , he claimed we had one wrong and that his office was not granting us he called in some other person who he said was from ice who grilled us , this went on for like 3hrs. that was in 2008, it now like after a year we havent heard from these guys although i have consistently sent letters of inquiry about the case. 2009 when i applied for a renewal of my ead , was denied reason being it had been denied in 2006. never got the denial letter and even then had a more recent interview in 2008. so very confused whats the way forward from here any advice?

sorry to hear that... Sometimes names get stuck in FBI investigation and it takes very long, did they tell you if your name cleared up?
Sounds pretty weird to me, you have been married for a long time now.

at one point that was given as the excuse, not anymore. right now i dont know whats going on. the second interview was close to what i read as a stokes .that was like a year ago, has anyone ever been in such a situation like this? advise please.
