ok what happens next?
 
File I-485...

File for a I-485 with your notice of I-130 approval. I am not sure under what eligibility are you gaining you greencard....

However, expatiate on your immigration history for us to know what you need to file... :rolleyes:
 
Ok first of all I do not reside in the USA. I am the third preference category, my mum petitoned for me( she is a citizen).
Filed I-130 petition - Oct,1996
I-130 petition approved- Dec 4,2006
