what might be my case status?(help me out)

Hi,
The company filed my papers(Nebraska) on 18th of August. it is a normal processing. when i try to find my Case Status it is still saying that it will take 30 to 120 days.

if so, What might be the status for my case? Am i rejected?

As of September 22, 2004, the following is the status at Nebraska....

I-129-> Petition for a nonimmigrant (temporary) worker -> H-1B specialty occupation-> Visa to be issued abroad 05/31/2004 .

but my papers are filed by aug'18th.

Did they stop only accepting the papers or they stoped doing the process itself? if they stoped processing then why they did't update the latest till now?can i still expect that i may have chance in this FY?

Continue to monitor the web site until you see aug'18th. The day you see aug-18th, pls. contact your employer.

The following is the history of process times which is released till now,

Release Date Visa to be issued abroad

September 22, 2004 -- May/31/2004
October 06, 2004 -- June/04/2004
October 21, 2004 -- June/11/2004

Is this going to be consistent like this?If this is the case, then for those who filed by Aug'18th then when the turn will come? Any idea?
