What matters:Salary Range or Salary on labor

While looking at my Labor I found there is Salary mentioned say 57,000. But besides salary there is a stamp as "Salary Range : 53,0000 to 80,000".
My question is whether the salary mentioned matters or the salary range. If I accept a new job with 80-85K, using AC21, there is not much difference considering salary range but there is lot of difference from salary.
Any opinion.

IMHO, the salary mentioned matters, but higher salary should not be any issues for AC21.
