Hi,
I had a J1 Visa as an exchange visitor from may/2005 to november/2006 and got a waiver for the 2 years requirement while in US during this period. Now, I'm out of US but in process to get a post-doc position with a company. So, what kind of Visa this company should apply for me? Another J1 in a different category? O Visa? F Visa?
I do appreciate any help. Now, that H1's are gone I wanna know whether I still have a change to get any other type of Visa or not.
