I want to know what documents are typically asked for when an RFE on a pending i-485 application is received. Can people who have gotten one please detail? Thank you!!!
If the I-140 is approved then for I-485 most of RFE or request for documents includes
1 Birth certificates or non-availability and affidavits
2 Recent pay stubs
3 Past W-2
4 New Photographs
5 May ask you do the medical again
6 May ask you to be fingerprinted again
7 Any missing document that was supposed to be filed with I-485
Letter from employer giving details of employment (in particular verifying the fact that your current job is the same or "similar" as the one for which LC was originally approved) seems to be pretty common in NSC.
