What is VSC\'s timetable for fingerprints?

Got AP & EAD card in Jan. Is fingerprinting the next step? When should I expect it? What happens after fingerprinting?

In Our case we received FP notice in less than two months of AOS filing. we received our FP notice in mail on 11/23/02 and it\'s scheduled for 02/23/03.

VSC EB3 INDIA, RD:11/30/01, ND:12/13/01 and FP scheduled Date: 02/23/03.

Who gets the FP notice from VSC? The applicant (employee being petitioned for GC by the company) OR the lawyer? Or, both employee and immigration lawyer? Thank you for your information.
 
Finger Print Notification

Both Applicant and Lawyer

Company (Human Resource) Wont get anything directly from IANS, lawyer will send the originals to HR, HR is responsible in handovering the originals to Applicant

Applicant will get Courtesy Copy from IANS (which is for reference purpose)

Lawyer will receive the original Copy from IANS

People with the RD and ND have been getting it around Feb.
Just hangon and u will get it soon.
 
My data

In our case we received the FP notice 4 months after AOS filing. Our FP is scheduled for 02/13/02 (We received the notice in early January).

As far as I know, the original FP is sent to the applicant. The lawyer gets a courtesy copy. That\'s what happened in our case too.

I got applicant copy and lawyer got representative copy. Lawyer also sent me the original representative copy.

FP notice from VSC to Atlanta

hi all..i guess the time taken for FP notice varies depending on where u apply from..

my rd is 8/21/01 and ND is 10/5/01..still waiting for FP notice..

anyone else from Atlanta in the same timeframe??

In Our case we received FP notice from VSC directly. Later we found out that a copy was also mailed to our lawyer\'s office
 
Does FP notice depends onwhere you stay

I mean i stay in NJ.Does FP notice depends on the place.
