Just got a finger print notice schedule at Oakland 12/7. Actually I received a FP which is scheduled on 11/07 at Oakland, did it on early of Oct., not sure whether it is the reason of 2nd FP notice. Do you know what is the title of FP redo? Sepcify Redo or just like normal FP notice. Thanks!

I also received second FP Notice today !!

FP date in earlier notice was 11/2 at Oakland. I had done FP on 10/13 at San Jose. Earlier today, I had talked to IIO also and she confirmed good quality FP received by them. Today again received FP notice - this time scheduled for 12/6 at Oakland.

I\'m ignoring it as of now - though I\'ll check with Attorney. But can other guys post if they are also getting FP notices again!!

No Title

My schedule is tomorrow. My lawyer insist that I should go there that day even I do it early at different ASC. Planning I will do it tomorrw use old FP notice and do it again at 12/7 using new notice. Safe is better!

FP notice clearly says that if you have done FP witing last 90 dyas , ignore it.
So, why create confusion for iNS by redoing it even if it is done early???????
i beleive it is not required..

you mean you will do it three times??????????
i believe you should re-think before doing it.
and also didn\'t San Jose ASC retained your old FP notice when you did it early???

No Title

I received 2 copies of FP notice which scheduled at tomorrow. Checked with 2 lawyers, all suggesting it would be better be there tomorrow. Yeah, at least I will go there and ask Oakland ASC directly about that.

No Title

The thing I am concerned is I am not sure the new FP notice is for redo notice or just some repetation of old FP notice. Can sb recived FP redo notice confirm what is the title of their FP redo notice?

check with Bongo
 he also got another notice
does it say that you need to redo FP, in which case you have to do it
regardless of what IIO said abou your FP quality.
Just check if it is the same as your old original FP notice, then you need not worry
since you have already done it in last 90 days.

My lawyer has confirmed that I can ignore it - I have seen postings earlier also related to multipe
