What is the time interval between visits on a B 10 year visa

Hi. My MIL has a 10 year multiple entry visa to the US. She last left the US in Feb 2003. Can she visit again in Nov 2003?

i am in the same boat... any inputs will help.

also if the first time visa was for 6 months ( instead of 10
yrs) andf they need to go to the cosulate, is it likely the
y will face denial??
