What is the RIGHT form to file FOLLOW-TO-JOIN

are you divorced? In you I-485 did you mention your son?

Nop.....My KID is in INDIA

I never filed for her because I always wated to go back..

Just to be safe side for her...if see wants to come here in the future.....

If you're not divorced and you put your's son name on I 485 as a person, who is filing with you but residing abroad - you can file I 824

in all other cases - I 130
