Hi All.
I just wanna know is there a proper way to ask a question to KCC with e-mail.
I wanna know about my case.if it is processed or not.Also i wanna ask a question about changing from CP to AOS.

just ask what you want to know, you need to mention ur case no. ,full name and date of birth correctly.
