what is the procedure for signing documents for a Minor?

Hi There,
In the process of signing 485 documents. I am wondering what is the procedure for signing the documents for a child 3 years old? Any help or advice is appreciated!! I will also ping my attorney in the meanwhile.

If you are primary applicant you should sign on teh minors behalf. I did the same per my lawyer's advice.
