What is the problem with dv site

Hi friends,
when I tried to fill the application of dv2010 and when I hit the CONTINUE button the explorer tells that CAN NOT DISPLAY THE WEB PAGE ,
I tried so many imes but no good....I tried another computer and another network it is the same.....I have no problem in my picture and no problem with elligability country.... didi anyone here exprienced this problem
