Those are 2 completely different issues.

Priority date indicates one's eligibility to have I-485 filed and processed, and it isn't TSC (or any other service center) specific. You can check current priority dates at http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3086.html.

Processing dates indicate the cases that are being processed right now, and depend on your RD, i.e. the date your application/petition was received at TSC. You can find TSC processing dates (as buckdany already pointed out) at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Texas.

these dates are just nothing. I have March 29th receipt date to TSC but still nothing back from TSC. no RFE no approval nothing .... . so don't fool yourself with these dates. it is just random depends on your name check and what is the feeling of the officier at that moment... so just wait..... :( :mad: :confused: :(

have you filed for the 2nd EAD already?
I did and immediately got another biometric request (code 2) even though code 3 was done in 2006.

LUD on 11/25 is probably nothing...

almost the same as yours - cases were transferred to TSC on 03/22, received on 03/29.
140/485 RD 12/13/05, 140 AD 5/10/06, latest 485 LUD is 11/25
2nd EAD RD 11/17/06 LUD 11/17, 11/18, 11/21, code 2 appointment received on 11/21.

I was just trying to explain the difference between basic terms like "priority dates" and "processing dates" to gshiva. I'm aware that processing dates are just "official guidelines", and nowhere near the actual reality.

I'm sorry that you are going through this. Must be the dreaded namecheck... Hope your waiting ends, soon! With your March RD, have you placed a case inquiry with TSC? Have you tried contacting your local congressman?
