what is the number and options to talk to an IO?

I called NSC at 1-800-375-5283 then press 1-2-2-6-1 then enter LIN.. I only get the recorded message but never got options to transfer it to IO.

Now enter your receipt number LINxxxxxxxxxx
press 1 (now listen to the case update info..blah blah)
press 3
press 4
(now if you listen a female voice prompting you to hold the call that means the call is going to IOs desk. If it says no IO is available, it will redirect it to National customer service, you can cut the phone.. and try the same steps after some time)
 
On hold for an hour, no I/O

Hi guys,

I have used this method before and it used to work fine. But yesterday and today i have tried and I have been on hold for an hour after which i gave up.

Both days i have been trying from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm PST.

Maybe NSC figured out that folks are trying to reach I/O by this method and its their way of getting back at us :)

Anyone else encountered this ? Maybe calling at different times might help.
 
I have tried to call them twice. The first time I got through and the IO (a woman) mumbled something and hung up. I called back and this time after getting through to an IO the person didn't even bother answering. She picked up and hung up the phone ..... :eek: I guess I will have to wait for my SR to be answered .....
