What is the next step?

I had a second interview (that was mainly to update the uscis with my info, there was no exam or test), at the end of the interview the officer handed me the congratulation form.

and in the beginning of this week I had a court date (because I had a case going on against the uscis that I did not drop yet.) . after showing the congratulation letter to the judge, he said that the case is to be dismissed without prejudice.

Can anyone please inform me of what exactly this means and what will be the next step that I have to take.

thank you very much.

It means the judge is requesting motion to dismiss case since you passed interview. You'll still have to wait for oath letter.

and then what should I do when I receive the oath letter, and also what should I do if I don't receive it.

Thanks a lot for the help

Close but not quite. The motion to dismiss will be filed by USCIS, and the judge may or may not grant it depending how strongly you oppose the motion.
In my opinion, you should request the case be held open at least until you've received an oath date.

From the poster's wording, the judge has already made up his his mind that the motion should be filed (by USCIS) to dismiss without prejudice. This tells me the judge already looked at the facts and based his decision on them.
Furthermore, any request for a lawsuit to remain open until the oath will mostly be denied by the courts if the main argument (name check delay) has been rectified. Unless the poster requested a naturalization oath as part of his lawsuit, I don't see what argument you would to keep the case open until the oath.
