The next message will say that the NVC is waiting to receive the Biographic forms (DS230 part 1) from the lawyer and that the NVC will review it in 6 - 8 weeks. I am not sure if there is a mesage that says the Biograpic forms were sent to the lawyer.

My fee bill was sent to St. Louis on 09/24/04 and arrived at the St. Louis office on 09/25/05 (using the over night shipping). Now, the NVC AVM is saying "the fee receipt was receive by NVC on 10/01/04".

Does it means the NVC already got the notification from St. Louis?

According to you reply, it means my next coming AVM message wull be "NVC is waiting to receive the Biographic forms from the lawyer ", right???

That means they have send the Packet 3 to your lawyer and after you send them back message will change that they have recieved the documents
