What is the new fee for I-765?

I heard that BCIS was going to increase the fees a while ago, but their website still says $120.

I am going to renew my EAD next week. Do you guys think It is OK to write a check of $120?

I think it is going to increase sometime in March. We are in the 30 days comment period.

if we have filed and then they increase the fees

Nothing is going to happen, when you filed the old fees they will cash, they will consider the filing ND Date Fees only. If they approve the case after 8 months that is not your problem.

They already cased your check at the old fee and process your application.

Now the old fee only applies, new fee implementation is still under pending.

Take my advice and do the old regualr EAD application NOT on-line as you will avoid having to go for fingerprints!!

Did you call the customer center for 2nd fp's. Let us be informed about your 2nd fps. I might have to do 2nd fp for sure i guess. In 2002 the trend was different for fp's. They mostly approved with in six to eight months after fp's.
