What is the msg of approval?

I was trying to get status of my EAD (VSC) on the phone. The message said that on 4/3 after approving , we have ordered you a new card. Does this mean that my EAD is approved?

Has anybody checked the status on the phone?

It is like asking" After drinking beer, I went home. Did I drink beer?"

Depending on how much beer you drink, it is entirely possible to ask this question and not know the answer.
