I have my visa stamped in my passport with employer 'A', which is valid till May 2004. After working about a year with them, I moved to employer 'B' and my H1 got approved. I read and understood that I don't have to revalidate my visa with employer 'B' now itself. ( I need to apply for revalidation just 2/3 months before it expires, and my case it is Feb 2004) . But nowadays some friends are saying that the rules are changed, and I need to get the Visa with my new H1 (employer B ) immediately. Is that real or just a fear that they are creating ?
I request for your help on this.
