What is the INS criteria

I am taking another approch to answer. I saw many people tried to take a guess, made predictions. So far nothing gave clear picture about criteria INS uses.
So, my answer to this is...
if LUCK = 'BEST'
approved
else LUCK = 'GOOD'
longer wait
else LUCK = 'OK'
RFE
else LUCK = 'BAD'
Denied

Don't want to discourage but nothing else I can think of at this movement.

Following definition is given by Nebraska. So it is RD not ND.
"Date in Process is the receipt date of the most recently received cases being processed"

Here LUCK is derived from which table ? Ask your DBA to give update permission to that table .

Seattle_guy, LUCKly I fallen in to first category early this month and got approved. I guess where that LUCK is comming from should be from read only table. otherwise when CUSTOMER calls IIO they would update it online and all of use would get approved in a week.
