How much advance do they give you before your scheduled date? I heard anywhere from 2 days to 1 month.

What's the typical grace period from the date of notice to the date of schduled?

In 2002 It used to be 13 weeks. Mine was scheduled for October 2 2002 and last date they mentioned on notice was 22 december. I did it in second week of December of 2002.
