  --Take the "T" (Orange Line or Green Line) to North Station stop.
  --Exit station/front is Causeway Street
  --Left on Causeway/Canal Street. Cross Friend St. on left & next left is Portland St.
  --Left on Portland St. #170 Portland St. is on right @ mid-way into block.

Via Personal Transportation:
  --From North or South Shore, take J.F. Kennedy Expressway (ie; expressway north or south).
  --Take North Station/Causeway Street Exit.
  --Follow ramp to end onto Causeway St. (MBTA North station Orange/Green Line station is on left and commuter rail North station is on right).
  --Left on Lancaster St. (ie; pass Portland St. because it is one way).
  --Immediate left on Lancaster is "Rip" Valenti Way & take immediate left onto Portland St. - 170 is located on left hand side @ mid-way into block.
  --NOTE: Street parking is at meters, strictly enforced and at a premium - there is ample parking at open and closed pay parking lots located in the area.
